How high are the physical demands of tandem skydiving?

A normal level of fitness is sufficient, although you should be able to run about 100 m (but you don't have to run when you land).


Depending on the jump, there are restrictions on maximum body weight (between 90kg and 105kg) and height. You can find detailed information about the requirements on the respective offer page.
