My flight was canceled due to bad weather.

It's always annoying when a flight is canceled due to bad weather. But don't worry, the nice weather will definitely come back.

If your flight is canceled you have two options:

1. You can specify a new desired date directly to your pilot.

2. You can use the postpone form to let us know when you would like to take your flight instead. We will then update your registration and restart the registration process. As soon as your new desired date has been confirmed, you will receive a new confirmation email.

Please note that if your pilot cancels, your appointment will not automatically be postponed to the second desired date specified when registering.
