How can I change my booking?

The registration will be processed directly as booked. Changes are therefore not always possible.

Add additional people

• Create an additional registration for the additional persons.

• Make sure to select the same date and time as your original registration.

Reduce the number of registered people

• Cancel your original registration with the incorrect number of people using the cancellation form.

• Create a new registration for the desired offer with the new number of people.

Add or remove options

• Cancel your original registration with the incorrect options using the cancellation form.

• Create a new registration for the desired offer with the new desired options.

Change an activity or the region

• Cancel your original registration with the incorrect activity using the cancellation form.

• Create a new registration for the new activity.

Rescheduling the event date

• You can reschedule your registration using the reschedule form. Reschedules cannot be accepted via chat, email, or phone.

Canceling an Activity

• You can cancel your entire booking using the cancellation form. Cancellations via chat, email, or phone cannot be accepted.
